Anyone recognize this person? He is a person of interest in the use of stolen credit cards at a variety of locations in the city. He is a white male, medium build with a tribal tattoo on this right arm that extends down about two inches below his sleeve. He was last seen leaving the stores in a black Ford Edge SUV.
