On Saturday March 12th, an unknown black male driving a Chevrolet Silverado was traveling southbound within the northbound lane of Garden Road in Riviera Beach. The driver had attempted to pass a slower southbound vehicle. The victim, Leona Price was traveling northbound on Garden Rd. The driver of the Silverado did not yield to the victim and subsequently crashed into her vehicle. Leona Proce was pronounced deceased at the crash scene. Following the crash the unknown driver of the Silverado fled the scene.
