Female suspect wanted for fraudulent use of the victim’s stolen credit card.
A white female was captured on surveillance video using the victim’s stolen credit card at Kmart located in the 1200 block of S. Dixie Highway.
The victim reported his wallet stolen from his vehicle between December 31, 2015 and January 1, 2016.
