Detectives are investigating a shooting at Sugar Daddy’s
The initial investigation revealed that an altercation had occurred between 4-5 unidentified males at approximately 1:30 am. Once these males were escorted out of the club they were observed entering a dark colored SUV. The subjects headed north on Military Trail in that dark colored SUV, and seconds later the outside security guard hear 5-6 shots fired just north of the club. The victim walked to the south side of the club and sat down with a gunshot wound to the right buttocks and a graze to the right ankle. Sugar Daddy’s security called 911, and the victim was transported to St Mary’s Hospital.
There are no known witnesses, and security did not recognize the suspects nor could they identify them.
Contact was made with the victim who could only provide a brief statement due to medication provided at the hospital. He stated that unknown males struck him with an unknown object on the left eye within the club. After being hit he walked out of the club towards his vehicle when he was shot. He could not provide any further details at this time. He was treated and released from St. Mary’s Hospital.
This case remains open.
