On Tuesday, September 24, 2013, at 8:57 pm, PBSO dispatch received a call, from a neighbor, stating that a black male was found shot in a vehicle parked in the 3900 Block of Kenas Street in Elmwood Estates. Once deputies arrived they immediately called PBC FR. PBC FR determined the victim was deceased on scene.
