The victim, a resident of Century Village, just arrived home when he was confronted by an armed suspect who demanded his property. The suspect took the victims black bag containing valuable items.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 30 years of age, 5’05” to 5’07”, average build and short dark hair. He was driving a white 2015 Toyota Corolla 4 door vehicle with slight damage to the driver’s door.
This incident occurred on September 9, 2015 at 1:11 pm. The victim/resident was traveling through the Century Village gate at New England Blvd, and Lyons Road at the time he was followed.
