The victim Jessica Laster was crossing Military Trail at Dale Road in West Palm Beach when she was struck by a silver Land Rover who failed to stop. The victim was transported to Delray Medical Center and is currently in critical condition. The Land Rover will have passenger front damage to include the headlight assembly.
