Jupiter, Florida – On August 23, 2014 at 8:25 PM, members of the Jupiter Police Department responded to the 300 block of South Hepburn Avenue in regards to a reported armed robbery. The subsequent investigation revealed three Hispanic males were involved in an altercation inside the victim’s residence. During the altercation, the victim received a gunshot wound to the leg, causing minor injury. The two suspects then fled the residence on foot and were described as tall Hispanic males with a slim build. This incident appears to be narcotics related and was not a random act of violence.
