Unknown male uses victim’s identity at Wells Fargo Bank in the State of Maryland. This unknown black male was successful in withdrawing thousands of dollars from a Palm Beach County victim. This incident occurred on January 24, 2015. The suspect appears to be wearing a multi-colored shirt, glasses and ear phones.
