On Wednesday, January 15, 2014, shortly before 5:00 pm, the victim was sitting outside an abondoned apartment area located in the 900 block of Foresteria Drive, West Palm Beach, when for unknown reasons a unknown black male shot at the victim striking him in the lower calf area. The victim was tranported by PBC Fire Resuce to St. Mary’s Medical Center where he is expected to survive.
