During the early morning hours of Tuesday, January 14,2014, deputies responded to a shooting in the 900 block of Park Ave, Lake Park. When deputies arrived they located a male inside the business shot multiple times. He was transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The investigation revealed that the victim became involved in an altercation with an unknown male suspect inside the business resulting in the victim shot. This investigation is still ongoing and active.
