On December 3rd, 2017 around 9:10 pm a traffic fatality occurred in the City of West Palm Beach. The suspect vehicle is a 2008 – 2011 Mazda Tribute SUV, light in color (white, silver, gray, beige, light blue, light green, etc…) The left front fog light will be missing (found on scene), along with bumper damage. The windshield should have significant damage along with damage to the hood. The suspect vehicle was last seen heading south on Quadrille Blvd towards Okeechobee Blvd.
