The victim of a Homicide that occurred in the 2700 block of West 28th Street Friday, February 23, 2018, has been identified as William Burgess, II (DOB 6/29/89). Mr. Burgess lived in Riviera Beach. Two other men injured during the incident suffered non-life threatening injuries.
