Riviera Beach Police are investigating a homicide that occurred at approximately 7:03 p.m. Saturday, October 18, 2014, in the 2900 block of Old Dixie. Police received a report that an altercation between 2 males at 2909 Old Dixie ended with one of them shot. The victim, a juvenile in his mid-teens, was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital by an acquaintance. He died while being treated at the hospital.
