On October 22, 2011 at approximately 12:45 p.m., the victim was shopping at the Dollar Tree store, located at 7431 W. Atlantic Avenue, in unincorporated Delray Beach. She went to pay for the items that were in her cart, and noticed her multi-colored wallet missing from inside of her purse. She thought maybe she left her wallet in the beauty salon that she was at earlier, but it was not located. The victim remembered while she was shopping in the Dollar Tree store, a black female wearing a hat had bumped into her and started a conversation.

The above female was captured by Chase banks CCTV (at 20441 State Road 7, Boca Raton) attempting to use the victims Navy Federal Credit Union ATM card.
