On 7/22/14, at 1330 hours, 2 black males beat the elderly victim and stole her purse while outside the Petsmart at 300 N Congress Ave, Lake Park. Several hours later the above black female and black male attempted to use the victim’s credit cards at the Winn Dixie at 1225 45th St, WPB.
