On June 18, 2011, at 9:43 am, the victim had pulled her vehicle in front of the U-Save Supermarket at 524 Martin Luther King Blvd in Belle Glade. As the victim exited her vehicle with her children she was approached by a black male brandishing a silver handgun. The suspect demanded the victim’s purse.  Once the suspect took the victims purse he ran south along the east side of U-Save. 

The suspect is described as a black male, 6’0” tall, 180-190 lbs., 20 – 25 years of age, regular short haircut and unshaven. The suspect appeared to be wearing a U-Save uniform which was a red t-shirt, black khaki pants, and black back brace with suspenders. The suspect had a silver revolver with a black handle.
