On Friday, July 29. 2011, at approximately 4:44 am, deputies responded to shots fired in the 500 block of South “F” Street, Lake Worth. 

What we know so far, two H/M males were hanging out in the 500 block of South “F” Street, Lake Worth (residential area) when two armed black males, wearing all black, approached both victims in an attempt to rob them.  An altercation occurred and both H/M males where shot.  The suspects fled the area on foot. 

One victim was shot in the torso and the other in the hand.  The victim shot in the torso was transported to Delray Medical Center and the victim shot in the hand was transported to JFK Medical Center.  Conditions are unknown.

Deputies searched the area for the two armed black males, wearing all black, and they were not located.
