On Sunday, December 22, 2013, at 10:33 pm, two unknown black males approached a home in the 600 block of SW 7th Street, Belle Glade, and knocked on the door. The adult resident answered the door and was shot numerous times by the unknown suspects. The unknown suspects fled. Sadly, the victim succumbed to his injuries. He has been identified as Frederick Carter, B/M, of 664 SW 7th Street, Belle Glade.
