A resident noticed an unidentified body of a female deceased adjacent to the roadway. Evidence at the scene suggests foul play. Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators arrived on scene to investigate further. The victim has been identified as Vanessa Carmen Williams Bristol, DOB: 3/22/87 from Margate. We do not believe the homicide occurred where she was found. This investigation is still very active and ongoing.
