On April 25, 2014, the victim discovered he had 15 fraudulent bank transactions which occurred between April 17 and April 23, 2014. The fraudulent transactions totaled over $1000. The victim had possession of his debit card when these transactions occurred. Detectives obtained video footage from Walmart, located at 4375 Belvedere Rd, WPB, where the suspect fraudulently used the victims debit card number. The suspect(s) are seen in the video pushing a shopping cart with a baby car seat attached to the top of the cart. The suspect’s vehicle appears to be an silver, BMW, unknown year.
