On September 24, 2010, at approximately 2:05 AM, officers from the Jupiter Police Department responded to a call of gunshots being fired at a residence near Toney Penna Drive and Colony Way East. Responding officers discovered the residence had been hit by several rounds. It has been confirmed that none of the occupants were injured.

It is believed the suspect is no longer in the area. There is no suspect information or description at this time. Detectives and Crime Scene Units are currently investigating the incident. The westbound lane of Toney Penna Drive between Pennock Lane and Colony Way has been temporarily shut down as part of the investigation.
