November 12, 2016 was the 2-year anniversary of the homicide of Darrell “Black” Roberts. Roberts was shot and killed at about 12:27 a.m. in front of the Peppi Head Start Pre-school, in the 700 block of Southwest C Place, in the City of Belle Glade.
