Boynton Beach Police investigating the tampering of an ATM

Boynton Beach Police are investigating two suspicious incidents at Publix ATMs in our city. The first occurred on August 16, at 7:43 p.m., outside a Publix at 133 N. Congress Ave. The suspect, pictured above in a black button-down shirt and jeans, was observed taking a one minute recording of the ATM camera and nearby store security camera. At 8:05 a.m., on Sept. 1, the store manager of a Publix at 501 S.E. 18th Ave. found a credit card skimmer located on the ATM outside the store. The suspect, pictured above, was wearing a light-colored long sleeve button-down shirt and dark shorts. The suspect in both incidents was wearing eyeglasses. Police are looking into the possibility that the same person was involved in both incidents.
