Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office is investigating a home invasion robbery in the Palm Chase Lakes development in suburban Boynton Beach.

On June 12, 2012 at approximately 11:20 pm an unknown masked suspect committed a home invasion robbery in the development of Palm Chase Lakes located on Boynton Beach Blvd in Boynton Beach.  The victims, one 87 yoa and her 84 yoa sister, were getting ready for bed.  The suspect smashed a bedroom window and climbed into the residence.  The suspect pushed the younger victim out of the way and pulled her flat screen TV off the mounting on the wall.  The suspect continued through the residence and her older sister confronts him near the front  door.  The suspect strikes her in the face with his head, kicks her in the chest, grabs the victim’s purse from a table and flees out the front door.  The older sister was sent to JFK Hospital to be treated for her injuries.
