Deputies responded to a shooting that occurred in the 800 block of W. Tiffany Drive, Mangonia Park.  Upon arrival deputies learned that a group of individuals were standing outside when a 3 yr. old child was struck by gunfire.  A family member quickly drove the child to a local hospital where he is expected to survive.

Witnesses could not provide any information on the shooter.  Motive and suspect information is unknown.
