On Wednesday 7/31/2013 at 2200 hours, the victim, a passenger on the Tri-Rail train, was reading from her Kindle Fire when a B/M suspect ran up and snatched the device out of her hand. The incident occurred at 201 S. Tamarind Ave, West Palm Beach, Florida.
