The West Palm Beach Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Congress avenue near Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. The shooting occurred on Wednesday, September 19th at approximately 8:38 am along the southbound lanes of the 1700 block of Congress Avenue. The shooting sent one person to the hospital. Police say that a man was driving a vehicle when he was targeted by a person driving a silver colored vehicle.
