Tomorrow marks the 8th anniversary of Harold President’s homicide.

On Wednesday, July 1, 2009, at 10:01 pm, Riviera Beach PD officers responded to a vehicle crash that occurred in the 1600 block of N. 25th Court. Upon arrival officers found a white Pontiac Grand Am resting between a fence and fire hydrant where water was flowing from. Officers attempted to make contact with the driver which they found to be deceased from a gunshot wound.

Witnesses advised officers that they observed two unknown black males running northbound in the alley behind North 2th court towards 26th Street.

The investigation revealed that the victim, Harold President, B/M, DOB: 5/14/1983, was selling fireworks. The victim left church to meet with a potential customer.
