Riviera Beach Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the 1600 block of Avenue H West at approximately 9:52 AM Wednesday, February 27th. One adult male was shot by an occupant of a passing vehicle. The vehicle fled from the scene at a high rate of speed.  The victim was transported to a hospital by Riviera Beach Fire Rescue.  The victim, Mr. Devonte Wilson (DOB 8/1/92) was pronounced deceased at the hospital shortly after arrival.
