The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office needs the public's assistance identifying a suspect who stole a car with the victim's puppy still inside of it.

On October 29th at 9:00 pm the victim left the car running with his puppy inside while he went into the Pet Supplies Plus Store located on Northlake Blvd. in Lake Park. The suspect got into the 2014 tan Chrysler 200 convertible and drove off.

The suspect is described as being a black male, with a slight mustache, and short cropped hair.
