The victim was making a purchase at a local Target store when she inadvertently left her cell phone, iPhone X, at the cash register, after paying for her items. The suspect took the iPhone X and left the store.

This incident occurred on December 29, 2019, at 6:38 pm. This incident occurred at the Target located in the 10200 block of Hagen Ranch Road.
