Steven Arce was recently arrested for grand theft in connection to a rental fraud scam involving multiple victims. The unidentified suspect pictured on the right is believed to have been used by Arce to conduct multiple money transactions with victims of the rental fraud scam. The unidentified suspect’s aliases include “Jaffon Hyatt,” “Hussain Jaffar,” and “Abraham.”
