On Friday, February 4th at 7:15 pm deputies responded to a drive-by shooting in the 500 block of SE 1st Street, Belle Glade. Upon arrival deputies located an 8 year-old girl suffering from gunshot wound(s). The female was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and Crime Stoppers of Palm Beach County are offering a reward of up to $25,000 for any information that will lead to an arrest in this case.
