On 3/31/19 at approximately 2:00 am, the victim, who was asleep in her home, was awaken by a neighbor who alerted her that her new fence was on fire. PBC Fire Rescue was called and the fire was extinguished. The fire was ruled an Arson. A neighborhood canvas revealed that a middle aged white male was seen standing in the victim’s front yard at approximately 1:00 am.
