PBSO is investigating a deceased body that was found by a passerby on S.R. 710 (Beeline Hwy). The victim is a black female, her body was found approximately 50 feet from the roadway by workers that were passing by. The victim of the homicide was identified as Rachel Elizabeth Bey (DOB: 1/4/84).
