Shortly before 7:00 pm, (Tuesday, July 9, 2019) deputies responded to the intersection of Edgecliff Avenue and Lantana Road in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival deputies located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The victim has been identified as Dylan Langel, DOB: 7/20/1998 of Lantana.
