Shortly before 7:00 pm on Saturday July 21st, deputies responded to a vehicle that came to rest/crashed in the 4100 block of N. Haverhill Road, West Palm Beach. Upon arrival, deputies located one male deceased from a gunshot wound(s) and one injured from gunshot wound(s) inside the vehicle. The injured victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The investigation has determined thus far that two vehicles were traveling southbound on Haverhill Road from 45th street. One vehicle shot at the other striking two victims. The injured and deceased victims came to arrest in the 4100 block of N. Haverhill Road, WPB.

The deceased victim has been identified as Randall Cleveland, DOB: 6/17/1991 of West Palm Beach.

The investigation is still active and ongoing.
