The Delray Beach Police need the public’s assistance identifying three suspects caught on camera using stolen credit cards.

Delray Beach Police Department detectives are releasing clear surveillance photos from a Deerfield Beach store that show three criminals who used stolen credit cards from a Delray Beach victim.

Detectives say that between 7 and 8 p.m. Jan. 11, the victim parked and locked her 2006 Ford Mustang in the LA Fitness parking lot at 1660 S. Federal Hwy. When she returned after her workout, she noticed her door handle was damaged and her purse was stolen from inside the vehicle. The purse contained credit cards, sunglasses and cash. Within the hour, several of the victim’s credit cards were used at Target, 1200 S. Federal Hwy., Deerfield Beach. Three males made separate transactions totaling about $3,000 that included purchases for gift cards, computer tablets, an Apple watch, I-pad and other electronics.

There have been several thefts recently from the lockers in the gym and from cars in the parking lot, detectives say. Victims either left their personal items in their cars while they worked out or put them in a locker with no lock or the lock was broken. Some victims had their property stolen out of the lockers then their vehicles burglarized after the keys were stolen. Detectives say the suspects may be from Broward county since the transactions were made in Deerfield Beach.
