On December 11, 2011, at approximately 10:31 PM, Riviera Beach Police responded to 2701 North Ocean Drive in reference to a shooting incident.  Information obtained indicated that a man and woman had been confronted by two men as they were returning home.  The man struggled with one of the men and was shot in the process.  He was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Both suspects in this incident are described as black males.   One is 5’9”; 140-150 lbs.; approximately 18-19 years of age; with a low hair cut.  He was wearing a gray shirt. The suspects were last seen running south toward Ocean Drive.
