On Saturday, July 28, 2012 at approximately 3:52 a.m. Riviera Beach Police Dispatch received a call from a concerned citizen in reference to a male lying in the middle of the road in the 2800 block of Avenue P. Responding officers discovered a black male lying in the 2800 block of Avenue P. The male was identified as Manuel Cooley (DOB: 9/18/57). Cooley was pronounced dead on the scene.
