On Wednesday May 21st Terrell Williams was found slumped over in a Dodge Ram truck at 6:45 a.m. Williams was in the passenger seat of the truck, which had been reported stolen in West Palm Beach recently. The police were alerted about 7 a.m. by a caller who spotted the man in the truck in an industrial area of West 13th Street near the intersection of 13th Court, east of Australian Avenue.
