Riviera Beach Police are investigating a homicide that occurred around noon today. Police received a call at 12:13 p.m. that a possible shooting victim was lying on the sidewalk in front of a building within the Stonybrook Apartment Complex (1555 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard). The victim has been identified as Melvin Horne (DOB – 7/28/88) of Riviera Beach, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
