Palm Beach Police needs the public’s assistance identifying a man who has fraudulently used several credit card numbers numerous times to purchase high-end jewelry from various jewelry stores throughout the country. The items are shipped to Fed-Ex offices throughout Palm Beach County and are picked up by the subject. The suspect is using  fraudulent Florida driver’s licenses in the victim’s names. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’7″-5’10”, stocky build, usually wearing earring, and has a profound limp on his right leg.
