On Friday, February 15th, 2013, around 4:15 a.m., the above subject attempted to gain entry into two businesses (Subway restaurant and Bits, Bridles & Boots) located on South State Road 7 in unincorporated Delray Beach. Security footage was later reviewed which showed the above subject trying to smash out the front glass of each of the businesses using a piece of a cinder-block. Entry was never made into either business, but damages were over $1000. After the subject fails to gain entry into the businesses, he runs to an awaiting white SUV (possibly a 2000–2006 Chevrolet Suburban). The SUV flees the area southbound on State Road 7.
