On December 27, 2012, at 8:32 pm, two black males entered the Hypoluxo Food and Beverage store located at 1304 Hypoluxo Road armed with handguns. The suspects demanded cash and fired one shot at the store clerk prior to fleeing the business. The clerk was not struck by gunfire. Both suspects are described as young black males approximately 5’07” – 5’09” in height. They were last seen wearing dark colored jeans and white hooded sweatshirts. The suspect pictured wearing the diamond sweatshirt appears to drag his left leg during the robbery and has a unique walk.
