Detectives are seeking a CAR CREEPER sneaking around a Royal Palm Beach neighborhood.

An unknown black male with dreads in a ponytail was captured on home video sneaking around a La Mancha neighborhood off of Crestwood Blvd in Royal Palm Beach.  This creeper was possibly driving a white four door Honda Civic.

This incident occurred on July 21, 2017.
