Two Hispanic males are wanted for committing a Latin Lottery Scam.

A Hispanic female victim was approached by a Hispanic male, who only spoke Spanish, advising her that he had a problem with a lottery ticket he won and was not able to cash it because he was not a citizen.

A second Hispanic male walked up (believed to be a part of the scam) and offered to help. After convincing the victim to withdraw thousands of dollars out of two banks, they advised her that they needed some postage stamps. When the victim came out of Publix with the postage stamps, the car and the two males were gone.

This incident occurred on June 21, 2017.  This incident occurred just outside Publix located in the 2800 block of North Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
