Suspect Wanted for Stealing Merchandise from a local Target store. 

The suspect was captured on surveillance video exiting Target with merchandise she did not pay for. 

The suspect appears to be a black female.  She has short black hair and was wearing eye glasses.     

This incident occurred on December 28, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Target store is located in the 10000 block of Okeechobee Blvd, Royal Palm Beach.
