Just after midnight on November 29th, deputies responded to a shooting on SW 6th Ave and Martin Luther King Blvd. Upon arrival deputies located a deceased male. The victim has been identified as Matthew Vereen DOB: 9-9-1989.
Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene Investigators are on scene investigating further.
No motive or suspect information known at this time.
